EXCEPT TV's weren't around then and FDR wasn't elected until 1932... I think Biden is showing himself to be a Major League dumbass... and don't expect Katie Couric, being a good member of the Main Stream Media, to call him on his BS or stupidity... or both.

There is a reason that you are supposed to take your smoke break outside the studio. The DJ is dedicated though; he keeps on going as the fires gets bigger and bigger.
