Never heard of this stuff, however, while stationed in England 1979-1980 I discovered a liquor called Pernod which was made from the anisette plant that produced some pretty good stoner effects. I believe it was either Italian or French. It was caramel colored and tasted like the little root beer hard candies we used to get as kids back in the 60's. When mixed with water it turned yellowish and when mixed with water looked like water out of a mud puddle. Don't know if you can get it here in the USA, but man, it sure was a nice little buzz.

Intriguing...I"d like to check that out sometime. I saw how they made absinthe on TLC the other day. Seems that, before it was outlawed, it was as popular as cocaine in the country back in the 1800's.

"If you have a seizure disorder, I wouldn't drink it. If you have a psychiatric disorder, I wouldn't drink it. And realize that by drinking it you are taking somewhat of a chance because there is not enough evidence out to know what to make of it," he warned.
That little warning right there is enough to get a significant number of 9th grade through College Junior enough curiosity to run out and give it a shot... |
