View Article  10 Questions for the Amnesty Bill propagandists

Radio talk show host Mark Levin has been doing yeoman’s work on his program getting out the message about the disgrace that is the Kennedy-McCain-Graham ‘Amnesty Bill’.  He believes that if the Congress and President sign this legislation, it will signal the end of the American middle class, Social Security and Medicare, and will likely bankrupt the country for generations.  He points out that for twenty years, since the Mazzoli and Simpson Immigration and Reform Act of 1986, the government has been promising, and failing to deliver, border security.  Just last October, they promised to build a fence along hundreds of miles of the southern border yet, after the election, broke their promise.

The following are ten questions he’d like to the proponents of this latest bill to answer before they attempt to saddle us with even more of this kind of “reform”

Moore told reporters, "I've had a number of firefighters tell me over the years and since Fahrenheit 9/11 that they heard these explosions-- that they believe there's MUCH more to the story than we've been told. View Article  Iraqi Orphanage Nightmare

It was a scene that shocked battle-hardened soldiers, captured in photographs obtained exclusively by CBS News.

On a daytime patrol in central Baghdad just over than a week ago, a U.S. military advisory team and Iraqi soldiers happened to look over a wall and found something horrific.

"They saw multiple bodies laying on the floor of the facility," Staff Sgt. Mitchell Gibson of the 82nd Airborne Division told CBS News chief foreign correspondent Lara Logan. "They thought they were all dead, so they threw a basketball (to) try and get some attention, and actually one of the kids lifted up their head, tilted it over and just looked and then went back down. And they said, 'oh, they're alive' and so they went into the building."

View Article  This is your brain ... on violent video games

If you're older than about 20, you'll probably recognize the image to the left from an anti-drug campaign from the 1980s. The image was supposed to represent the effects of drugs on the human brain. While the effectiveness of the campaign is debatable, the fact that it now seems a quaint relic of a bygone era begs the question: are we repeating the same mistakes in the war on violent video games?
