As this is an AP generated story, you have to read through the article to find the Democratic indiscretion- with non-Dems, you can be guaranteed it would be in the opening line. To me it almost says she waiting to see if Obama gets shot before she calls it quits. And of course, the Media will give her a pass on her latest 'mispeak.' An internal audit of some $8 billion paid to U.S. and Iraqi contractors found that nearly every transaction failed to comply with federal laws or regulations aimed at preventing fraud, in some cases lacking even basic invoices explaining how the money was spent.
