As we celebrate the July 4th holiday that inspires our most patriotic thoughts, it's hard to imagine that any American would voluntarily give up his or her citizenship. But perhaps the politicians are starting to understand that the taxpaying public is growing wary of being fleeced, either through increased taxes or the stealth tax of inflation, as a way to repay all the debt that Washington has incurred. And in preparation for the possibility that Americans might rebel at the debt and taxes incurred by their government, they've just passed a new law that will stop your capital -- or at least a good portion of it -- at the border, should you decide to leave. A wax likeness of Adolf Hitler sits in Berlin's Madame Tussaud's wax museum before Saturday's attack. One day after the new exhibit opened, a man raced into Berlin's Madame Tussauds wax museum Saturday and ripped the head off a waxwork of Adolf Hitler, police said. Police said the 41-year-old entered the exhibit shortly after the museum doors opened and "made for the Hitler figure," scuffling with a guard assigned to protect it and the manager before tearing the head off the life-size statue. Murtha slandering the troops again...... how shocking. He's also lying about the benchmarks reached by the Iraqis. America is still waiting for his apology for calling our innocent troops cold-blooded murderers. What a disgusting, vile individual. Oh, he's a Big Supporter of Barack Obama and says he'll do what he can to help get him elected... no surprise there.

She wore her first set of false eyelashes at eight, and her beauty treatments cost £300 a month. A sick abuse of an 11-year-old? 'No', insists Sasha's mother, 'I just want her to be famous...' At 11, Sasha Bennington is too young to remember the days when Jordan was just a country and being branded 'fake' was something to be ashamed of. But maybe the youngster's biggest tragedy is that her mother, Jayne, 31, is in no hurry to paint a picture of how it used to be. More>>> |
