Did Edwards' lover leave clues of woman scorned?
Now that ex-senator John Edwards' affair with filmmaker Rielle Hunter has been confirmed by his own admission, a series of "webisodes" Hunter made for his campaign are filled with messages and music that could be interpreted as a satirical indictment of Edwards character, made by a woman pointing out hypocrisy. "It would seem that Edwards and his staff never listened to the lyrics," wrote Roger Friedman of Fox News. "It's as damning a choice as Hunter could have selected." The first webisode, called "Plane Truths", opens with Edwards saying, "I've come to the conclusion that I want the country to see who I am, who I really am. Ms. Hunter knew he was married, knew his wife was sick and chose to get pregnant by this man, carry the pregnancy to term and have the child.
She isn't a victim here in the least- she was deliberate about this on many levels, but Edwards fell for it. Trackbacks
