I don’t know what it is for NYC or other cities, but what’s the penalty for blocking or obstructing the entrance to an employment center or One-Stop Job center? Isn’t that what these malcontents are doing; Preventing the willing to get a job (serving their country)? The law and police should take it from that angle. I know I’d bust some heads if someone blocked my way to get a job.
