This adds the new districts of Posen, Greater East Prussia and Danzig West Prussia to the Third Reich. Holland:The government proclaims a state of siege in frontier areas and flood zones. Soviet Union: The USSR formally annexes part of occupied eastern Poland and incorporates it into the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, following the results of plebiscites (probably rigged) in which the majority of the inhabitants living in the territory reputedly favored annexation.
